Cheryl Melendy is a detail oriented and responsive Client Service & Operations Manager. She is a familiar face and voice for AAF Wealth Management clients, creating processes to achieve the firm’s collective purpose of helping clients thrive.
Cheryl is committed to building client relationships starting with onboarding and creating memorable “Wow” client experiences. She develops and oversees the implementation of client service protocols with the highest level of quality and care. Cheryl provides client service support addressing client inquiries regarding transfer of assets, new accounts, money movement, corporate actions, account maintenance, client mailings, scheduling, and other operational activities. Behind the scenes, she creates workflows and business processes, shares operational reporting, and elevates our custodian platform experience to increase the operational efficiency of AAF’s Wealth Advisor team.
Cheryl came to AAF Wealth Management with over 25 years’ experience in providing exceptional client service and operational management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Management from Assumption College, and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. She lives in Bellingham, MA and she happily shares her time and expertise serving as Secretary on the Board of Trustees for her condo association and as a volunteer for the Friends of the Bellingham Public Library.
